Envisioning the New Year

This week's video is a really important one. New Year's Day fills so many with disappointment, dread, and all the wrong feelings. Typically, people focus on resolutions. In this video, I show you a little something different.

Thankyou Arielle :o) Your words are so inspiring and show such wisdom and insight into common human behaviour...You are correct, so many of us do set ourselves up to fail, making resolutions which are unrealistic, or by berating ourselves if things don't quite go to plan...Every year for the last 17yr, my New Years resolution has been to lose weight...And I confess it will still be the same this year ~ the ED thoughts are so automatic after this long, I don't even have to think about it...But I find your video so inspiring, and I love your positive, genuinely honest attitude...Happy New Year to you, and thankyou so much for sharing :o)

Hi Arielle! Some of your videos have music (here from GEMA) and thus anyone outside of the U.S. can't view them! Is it possible to re-upload without music?? I would love to watch this video, at least!

Chantell, thank you. :) Try to challenge yourself. I'm glad you are finding the blog helpful.

Anonymous - I know! It's so frustrating! I can try to re-upload without the music. Have to find a way to do it where it won't mute ME too though. If I can manage it, is there an email address I can send you the link? I don't want to double post right on the blog. You can email me at arielle.becker@gmail.com
